PCI-6208A = PCI-6208V + EXP-8A
The PCI-6208A is a PCI-6208V board extended with the EXP-8A. This extension converts the 8 voltage output channels to 8 identical current source output channels

The PCI-6208A is a combination of PCI-6208V with an 8-channel VI converter board called EXP-8A. The EXP-8A includes 8 precision voltage-to-current converters/transmitters which convert voltage output of the PCI-6208V to current source output.
The PCI-6208A offers 8 identical current output channels, each of which has ±10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, and 5-25 mA voltage/current output capability. All PCI-6208A analog current output channels are equipped with a PCM-56 which is a state-of-the-art, fully monotonic, digital to analog converter.
